Annoying Driveway Packets:
All of us have had those annoying packets left in our driveways by landscapers and others. As well as flyers that are left on our doors and courtyard gates.
If the homeowner is away, and those packets remain, it’s a clue for the bad guys that nobody is home, and could be a break-in opportunity.
If you see a packet lying in a neighbor’s driveway for more than one day, please be a good neighbor and remove it. The same applies to newspapers and other advertising materials.
If it’s something you think may be wanted by the homeowner, put it in the courtyard or other non-visible area. Keep the “lived in” look for our homes so the bad guys don’t know we’re away.
