Rana GoodmanKeymasterTHIS IS A CHANGE ELECTION…. ARE YOU TAKING IT SERIOUSLY? By Robert Sterin
SCA Board Elections can be popularity contests. There can be one issue candidates and there can be completely unqualified people running. There can also be one issue voters. SCA community’s affairs are in trouble. The evidence is everywhere. The issues are everywhere. And I’ve given you the evidence in previous posts. If you doubt it, listen to the candidates in upcoming forums. Read their flyers. Watch their videos.
We need a competent General Manager. We don’t have it. We need a competent staff. We don’t have it. We need competent governance. We don’t have it. We need a new President with 4 votes to get stuff done and done right. That ought to be every responsible homeowner’s #! objective. We are in the home stretch of this election with ballots being mailed on Friday March 21. Are you taking this election seriously? I hope so. I am.
I assert to you whatever your grievances or priorities are, if you are serious about getting our SCA house in order then you must include votes for ballot positions 1,3,5 and 7 which are James Sypitkowski, Martin Maxey, Clara Lau and James Mayfield.
These four competent candidates will get the job done using common sense and they need your help to get elected. It’s a big job. Stop the Muddle Puddle. Be thankful they chose to run.
If you want a change election that brings good change then not only must you vote for these four you’ve got to get neighbors and friends to step up and vote too. There are those who absolutely love the soap opera of SCA and feed on it.
For this election, please make a statement for competence, no secret meetings and financial responsibility. Ignore the false prophets and their spin. Help James Mayfield become our next President and give him the 3 candidates and votes he needs to lead the Community with better results.
Again, go listen in upcoming venues to all four of the candidates I am recommending. There are no better. Vote for James Mayfield, Clara Lau, James Sypitkowski and Martin Maxey. Ballot positions 1.3.5 and 7. Give Jim Mayfield the team he needs. These four have the balance of strengths needed to steer our ship into calmer, safer and financially sound waters.
It is really on your shoulders.
