I previously warned you about Greg Swenson, but you did not listen. Now you want me to trust Steve Anderson. I consider you a very smart person when it comes to finances, but your evaluation of people leaves much to be desired. Steve Anderson IS the problem. Everyone else follows his lead. Why don’t you ask Mr. Anderson why there was no survey (as was promised) provided to the homeowners on the restaurant? That question was asked, and his response was that it was too expensive. The estimate for the survey was $5,000.
