Isn’t it interesting that Sun City Anthem is not on this list? After all, we have wonderful amenities, golf courses, clubs with beautiful landscaping and homes. I read the Proudfit list of homes for sale here every month when it comes in our Spirit magazine and other lists that come in the mail from other brokers. How many of those homes have been on the market for a year or more? Could it be that we have a reputation for being the worst run over 55 community around? Or, that we have an arrogant and uncommunicating board of directors, or a general manager who wants to be queen of all she surveys? Just asking.

I was sent another web site which lists the top 100 fifty-five and over communities across the country. The site is:
SCA is not on the list!!! The only question remaining is WHY! It is becoming more and more obvious. You can thank any person past and present who has served on a BOD with the attitude, that “we don’t look back”.June 13, 2017 at 5:00 pm #3725AnonymousInactive
It’s so difficult to determine what the criteria for these evaluations is. On this site, we’re number 18.July 29, 2017 at 5:13 am #3897AnonymousInactive
