Dear SAC Residents,
This morning, I received and accepted the resignation of Sandy Seddon as the COO of the Sun City Anthem Homeowner’s Association. Her last day on the job will be June 19, 2024. On behalf of the Board of Director’s, I want to thank Sandy for her years of dedicated service to making Sun City Anthem a premier active 55+ community. She successfully navigated the transition of the Association to becoming self-managed and I know she has touched the lives of so many of you.
May all of us come together to thank her for what she has accomplished here and to wish her the greatest success for her future endeavors.
