Good afternoon Big Sky residents.
I hope you had an enjoyable and safe celebration of our 250th. This month’s newsletter highlights include an update on e-bikes and a reminder about selling items online.
Another continuing concern mentioned is the need for Village Facilitators for various SCA villages as well as block captains throughout all of the villages.
In Big Sky we continue to need block captains for block 04 (2884 through 2936 on FOXTAIL CREEK) and block 09 (2804 through 2863 on SAPPHIRE DESERT DRIVE). However, the great news is that we can welcome our two new Big Sky block captains, Francis Feltman Jr(BS.16 on Fossil Canyon Drive) and Janis Duis(BS.17 on Desert Fox Drive, as well as the block captain duties for BS.20 on Maffie Street).
In addition, a very big thank you to Robert Leclerc who volunteered to handle the block captain duties for BS.03 on FOXTAIL CREEK in addition to his regular shared duties as captain for BS.11.
Our NW program cannot exist without the work of our block captains, so when you see them walking around in their kind-of ugly orange vests and/or hats…give them a warm hug and a thank-you, and maybe a bottle of water and some cookies–they deserve it.
