Nevada Toll Road SCAM!
Yesterday I received this email with the State Of Nevada letterhead and seal on it advising me that I had unpaid toll fees that remain unpaid.
FINAL NOTICE – COURT ENFORCEMENT ACTION
This notice constitutes your final official notification regarding an outstanding traffic violation involving your registered vehicle within the State of Nevada. All prior notices and compliance deadlines have expired. This matter is now under active court enforcement.
Violation: Failure to Pay Electronic Toll / Toll Evasion
What caught my eye immediately was “failure to pay TOLL”…. I guess this scammer didn’t know that Nevada has no toll roads at this time. (my research to confirm this fact is dated as of April 2026.)
