INTEGRITY AND COMPETENCE By Robert Sterin
That’s what we want as a community. Integrity and Competence. This current board with all its secret meetings and bad decisions have really caused harm and impacted our well being. And as their term winds down they insist on trying to hamstring a new board with last minute desperation moves. This board will go down in SCA history as one of the worst, not really looking out for homeowners best interests which was their # 1 job. And because of failed leadership they allowed weaponization of legal counsel to return its ugly head. But it will be short lived. Have no doubt, it will work out.
Please return integrity and competence to our great community with ballot positions 1,3,5,7 and JAMES SYPITKOWSKI, MARTIN MAXEY, CLARA LAU , JAMES MAYFIELD! They will fix this board’s mess.
Your ballots have arrived or will today. Electronic voting has begun for those that signed up. In case you don’t get a ballot or have issues call 702 614 5800 and pick up a duplicate and vote and deposit ballot in the drop box. Or request it be mailed to you.
