For those of you voting in the City of Las Vegas
PLEASE DON’T ALLOW HOSKIN BACK INTO FAMILY COURT!
If you remember the years The Vegas Voice spent fighting for humane guardianship laws, you might also remember the name Charles Hoskin. Hoskin was the judge assigned to Family Court guardianship cases, alongside his pal, hearing master John Norheim.
In the overwhelming majority of guardianship cases, both Hoskin and Norheim continuously ruled in favor of then Private Guardian April Parks, who you might recall was finally prosecuted and jailed for the outrageous abuse of her wards, (now known as Protected Persons)
In our years of investigating, we have NEVER found a family fighting for the right to care for their loved ones, defeat a guardianship case against Ms. Parks.
Well, guess what, Hoskin is again running for Family Court Judge!
PLEASE, WHEN YOU VOTE, REMEMBER THE DAMAGE DONE TO THE MANY PROTECTED PERSONS. THESE SENIORS LOST EVERYTHING THEY HAD AND LEFT THEM TRAUMITIZED DUE TO HOSKIN’S RULINGS AND DECISIONS.
