SCA BOD Executive Meeting
The Board of Directors have called an Emergency Executive Session Board Meeting to be held on February 5, 2025 at 2:00pm in the Penn Room of the Independence Center. This is a closed meeting, and no member attendance is permitted.
SCA Board of Directors Election Interested in running for the SCA Board of Directors? Candidate applications are available on the website and in the administration office.
Interested parties must return their application before 4 p.m. on Friday, February 7, 2025.
Names of all candidates who file for the Board of Directors Election will be included in the Community Chronicles eBlasts. The following residents have submitted applications:

Brian Donahue
James Sypitkowski
Clara Lau
Martin Maxey
Nona Tobin
Douglas A. West
Please note: Candidates will undergo a candidate eligibility review by the Association once an application is submitted. If something is uncovered during the review process making the candidate ineligible to serve on the Board of Directors, in accordance with NRS116.31034, the candidate will be notified by the Association’s attorney and their name will be removed from all candidate listings and future ballots.
