As you can read current board member Barry Rubinson and I had an exchange prior to Berman’s misstatement. Barry Rubinson would be a fine candidate having abided by the Code of Conduct and being a stand up guy. Here are the original exchanges. Transparency matters. Truth matters. Elections matter. If Berman wants to know my endorsements its Rubinson and three of the 4 new candidates because Perlstein and Linow do not deserve the communities support and some current board members have said as much. Perlstein’s and Linow’s Code of Conduct violations are enough to disqualify them. Print that David.

Thanks for your note. I’m sorry I didn’t get back to you quickly, I was buried in getting a document written the last few days (done at last).You bring up interesting points. Some I disagree with, based on the data I’ve seen, others are very thought provoking. But, I’m always open to discussion about both.
As a computer systems designer, I always found that the best designs come from having competing solutions and determining the best solutions which often are from the combination of good ideas. This is best done by taking the emotion out of the discourse and focusing on the goals.
I think that the disagreements that BOD has with residents on some subjects need to have the emotion reduced on both sides and the discourse increased.

We have never spoken. I want you to know that Steve Anderson in my meeting and exchanges with him has always spoken of you in a positive vein unlike Wendy Linow and Paul Perlstein. And while I may disagree with you on deficit financing and assessments and reserve funding, I have no cause to oppose your reelection.
