Vegas Voice TV has a new podcast starI want to welcome all of you to “Welcome to My World”, a world of facts and fun, with perhaps some tidbits you might not be aware of, by peeking at a world that exists beyond your home and TV set, hosted by Dick Arendt.
Unlike Seinfeld where the show was “all about nothing”, this will be “all about everything” !
We’ll be concentrating on senior interests peeking at the “world of Las Vegas”, the “world of history”, the “world of restaurant options”, the “world of entertainment”, and just about every other “world” you and I can imagine.
We’ll do it alone and we’ll do it with others, sometimes with live interviews and sometimes with examining those of the past who have changed our lives over the centuries, whether they be foreign, state, local, or national individuals or groups through their actions or events in which they contributed or participated, and yes, perhaps a bit of NONCONTROVERSIAL politics introducing you to those who represent us locally and nationally.
We won’t be limited to any topic within reason.
And…as a matter of fact, we encourage you to write us and let us know if there is anything in particular you’d like us discuss.
It’s been about 8 years since I last had a chance to a part of The Vegas Voice, and I want to thank Dan Roberts, publisher of The Vegas Voice, for bringing me back with a new podcast venue.
With some luck, I hope many of you will tune in and let us know how you feel about this new idea.
