While I was away on vacation in February, I was planning on hosting, as I usually do, a campaign coffee for the candidates I will be supporting since I’m often asked who they will be.
Unfortunately I returned home last Tuesday with a “biological influenza” bordering on pneumonia. my doctor has loaded me up on meds, but so far I spend my days coughing, hacking and miserable.
Anyway, the point is, with our elections now have a short pre-voting time and I would never want to be responsible for getting any of my neighbors ill, thus unless a miracle happens and I recover overnight, I don’t think a coffee will happen.
What now? The Election Forum will be broadcast on TV this afternoon, March 2, 2025 for those who cannot attend or prefer to view at home. I will post my thoughts as the days go on for those interested..
