As a “tech person” this sure sounds like a great answer to our issue with separating the three meters (electric, gas, and water), and hopefully divest the restaurant utilities from the rest of the system. I do of course wonder about the mechanics of hardware and labor costs for the installation of each of the three meter mentioned.
If you could be so kind and provide information as to who the specific vendors are and as to the website so that more information can be gleaned and understand how the isolation of each of the sub-meter hardware gets attached. Of course we all would like to know WHO within the HOA is responsible to gets the bills and how we homeowners get paid too.
