I agree with Don. It seems ridiculous. I don’t live in either of those neighborhoods, but I can’t imagine being forced to only go in one direction when coming out of my neighborhood and then look for an opportunity to make a U-turn, which is not always the safest maneuver either. Somehow, they managed to put a traffic light at Beckler on Eastern so those people can come out of their neighborhood safely without having to cross traffic coming in two directions or U-turn.
