A traffic light. The best we could “Wish” for, absolutely. Unfortunately I’ll be dead before that happens.
First they’re going to tell you they are going to form a committee for study, then they’re going to refer it to the Traffic Engineering Department who will say after a study, it does not meet their criteria for placing a traffic signal, then we will ask our elected representatives to help, then they’ll have a meeting with the public, then they’ll have to do another study, then they’ll suggest options to delay and delay. Then they don’t have the money, then a couple of years have passed and we will have to start all over again with our newly elected leaders who will refer it to a committee….
Liz, I would be thrilled if you could get it done. When you get that traffic light please let me know, I’ll be at the Veterans Cemetery in Boulder City, just look for my Urn ⚱️. It will have this message on it, “Take care of yourself, take care of yourself and take care of somebody else.”
