With regards to the use of the number of hours worked by the COO as a justification for her salary- that is a lame excuse. Anyone can put in more than 55 hours a week- an inefficient worker can do that. I would like to see the productive hours. And this is the time to open for all to see the job description and salary range for all the full time, part time and contractual employees. A week ago, I requested for that information.
